The client faced the need for a consistent supply of demineralized make-up water to accommodate fluctuating demand throughout the year. Given the critical nature of their operations, shutting down the Ethylene Plant was not a viable option. Instead, they sought a temporary and adaptable mobile water treatment solution to seamlessly manage variable demand year after year.

The Solution
In response to the client’s pressing needs, Mobile Water Solutions deployed a fleet of mobile ion exchange MODI 15000T trailers for this project. Recognizing the urgency, our team mobilized swiftly from our Stoke depot, ensuring a response within a mere 4 hours of the initial call. To guarantee uninterrupted service, our multiple trailers could be consistently rotated, with regeneration carried out off-site to eliminate the need for on-site chemical handling.
