Maintaining water quality amid raw water challenges
The client is an engineering company supplying water treatment installations for one of the largest car battery production sites in Hungary.
The Challenge
The raw water had high iron and manganese levels, but delays in implementing a pretreatment system by the supplier forced the need for a temporary solution to meet the investment schedule. This temporary measure aimed to protect the newly constructed water treatment plant, which relied on ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis. The rental period required was a minimum of 21 months.

The Solution
The project was segmented into three phases to align with the customer’s flow requirements, targeting treatment capacities of 100, 200, and 300 m³/h in the final processing stage. Mobile Water Solutions provided a flexible and dependable solution with the delivery of MOFI 2700 IR filtration units, ensuring effective and uninterrupted operation. To scale up the flow capacity over the project duration, supplementary units were delivered in three stages, strategically managing the overall rental costs.
