Our client is a global supplier specializing in the production of high-tech Medical Polyvinyl Alcohol Foam devices made from pharmaceutical-grade types of plastic foam.
The Challenge
Our client received a request from a new customer, a multinational company, to supply foam products during the year. This multinational company required pharmaceutical-grade water to wash the new foam, a level of water quality that exceeded what our client’s existing installation could provide. To meet this demand, Mobile Water Solutions was tasked with supplying an ultrapure water production system.

The Solution
Mobile Water Solutions provided a mobile skid-mounted purified water system, which included a newly validated distribution system comprising stainless steel pipes, a buffer tank, circulation pumps, and pharmaceutical-grade hoses to connect to the customer’s production equipment.
